We are a family based enviorment. We encourage good honest horsemship wich includes horse health, freedom, strength, and mental confidence.
Our background began with Ken's young journey as the first American trainer at Tempel Lipazzans Farm in Wadsworth, Illinois. And follows him to Willie Shulties in Warrendorf Germany.
Finally to working with three time Olympic Gold Medalist Monica Theodorescu.
Ken has trained many horses to Grand Prix competition. He holds his USDF gold, silver and bronze medals.
He has supported many team and individual Young Riders at the NAJYRC. He was recently featured as Who's Who on www.dressagedaily.com.
Mary has also recieved her USDF silver and bronze medals.
Team McGrath continues with winning ways in the USDF Region 2.
We also are active members of the Wolf Creek Hunt, Marion, Illinois
